Constitution

Any person who accepts the objectives of the association, has completed 18 years of age, and resides anywhere in Kerala may become a member of this association.
To become a member of the association, an individual must pay an admission/registration fee of ₹100 and submit a membership application.
Members shall be issued a membership card bearing their photograph and other relevant details.
Members who fail to pay the prescribed membership fee, act against the objectives of the association, or engage in activities that harm the interests or reputation of the association may have their membership terminated by the President and the Executive Committee.
The association shall have the authority to establish State Committees and other subordinate committees as required.

Work for the educational and welfare development of all youth in the region.
Promote unity, harmony, and brotherhood among members.
Organize and conduct programs that support the social, cultural, and community development of members.
Organize cultural events, arts festivals, seminars, and similar activities.
Encourage and promote blood donation and blood donation awareness.
Participate actively in disaster relief and humanitarian assistance activities.
Conduct and facilitate educational programs, awareness classes, career guidance, PSC coaching, and other employment-oriented training programs for youth.
Undertake all possible welfare activities for underprivileged families and vulnerable sections of society.
Provide support and assistance to community members during emergencies and difficult situations.
Organize and promote activities related to physical health, mental well-being, and social welfare.
Implement environmentally friendly programs and activities for sustainable development.
Encourage youth to participate in charitable activities and contribute to the overall progress and welfare of society.
